When It Comes to Social Media, Is Walmart Faceless?

In light of Walmart’s rapid-reaction social reputation SWAT team, this nugget from Businessweek comes as a surprise:

“Walmart’s senior executives don’t blog and are rarely quoted. [Yet] the company is faceless in social media, which can turn comical when it gets into battle with critics like Ashton Kutcher on Twitter.”
